Coup de Sang 2025, Maison Ventenac Sweet spice and gentle herbaceous notesWinemakers Stphanie & Olivier Ram, a husband and wife team, are the third generation of their family to run the show at Maison Ventenac. Their vineyards are in Cabards, the only Languedoc appellation that allows both Atlantic and Mediterranean grape varieties. They're based in the village of Ventenac Cabards famed for its limestone, chalky soils, which they say gives their wines their saline & fresh characters. This is a lovely, oh so crunchy blend of
